The finished 1,200+ square foot basement features a spacious family room with designated workout space, offering flexibility for both downtime and activity.
A newly built hallway leads to a private bedroom, full bathroom, and accessible storage, creating a layout that feels intentional and complete. The result is a lower level designed to support every stage of family life.

What was once an outdated, closed-off basement became a fresh start for this large family. After clearing the space and removing unnecessary walls, we reimagined the entire 1,600 square feet to create openness and flow.
The finished basement now includes a generous family gathering area, a dedicated gym space, two bedrooms with spacious walk-in closets, and a full bathroom. Additional crawl space storage ensures functionality meets comfort, providing the extra room this family truly needed.
A Modern Entertainment Upgrade
This outdated basement was ready for new life. By removing the drop ceiling and opening up the layout, we created a brighter, more expansive main living area built for relaxation and entertainment.
The refreshed design features a large-screen TV framed with custom inlaid storage, an electric wall fireplace for warmth and ambiance, and granite windowsills that elevate the overall finish.
